exempt<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Personal mortgages and loans<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Repurchase agreements<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Municipal bonds, EXCEPT New
