If you\u2019re ready to make a change, here&#8217;s how to go sugar-free without going crazy.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Start with small changes<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019re going to make yourself miserable if you try to cut out everything at once so take baby steps.\u00a0 Reduce your sugar intake before eliminating it completely.\u00a0 For example, if you usually put 3 sugars in your tea or coffee, scale it down to one.\u00a0 Instead of grabbing a bottle of soda, drink water.\u00a0 You your foods<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even if you think an item is sugar-free, double check the food label.\u00a0 There are over 50 different names for sugar, so it may just be listed as one of its scientific or brand names.\u00a0 For example, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Agave\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">agave<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fructose\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fructose<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Molasses\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">molasses<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Corn_syrup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">corn syrup<\/a> are all different forms of
