shelves aren\u2019t as full, and everyone\u2019s scared of getting sick.\u00a0 Here\u2019s how you can shop safely during the coronavirus pandemic.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 id=\"h-only-shop-when-necessary-and-carry-a-list\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Only shop when necessary and carry a list<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pandemic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pandemic<\/a> hit, some people had a habit of going to the supermarket almost every day.\u00a0 It\u2019s no longer safe to do so.\u00a0 Right now, you must only shop when it\u2019s absolutely necessary.\u00a0 Before leaving home, create a list of everything you plan to buy to minimize your time id=\"h-keep-your-distance-from-other-shoppers\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Keep your distance from other shoppers<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Centers_for_Disease_Control_and_Prevention\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDC<\/a> recommends at least 6 feet away from other people.\u00a0 So, keep your distance when standing in line.\u00a0 Some stores have added markings on the floor to ensure customers aren\u2019t jumbled one on top of the other.\u00a0 Many stores have also limited the number of shoppers who can enter the store at one time.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 id=\"h-have-your-groceries-delivered\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Have your groceries delivered<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fill your fridge and pantry without cruising the grocery aisles yourself.\u00a0 With grocery delivery services, you can have everything you need delivered to your doorstep.\u00a0 Just fill your digital cart and schedule when you want your items delivered.\u00a0 Expect to wait longer than usual due to the high demand.\u00a0 Keep in mind, there will be a delivery fee and minimum order requirement which varies by service. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 id=\"h-keep-your-hands-clean\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Keep your hands clean<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To slow down the spread of germs, it\u2019s a good idea to wipe your cart or basket with disinfectant wipes before using.\u00a0 When it\u2019s time to pay for your groceries, use a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Contactless_payment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contactless<\/a> card if possible.\u00a0 Even before the outbreak, cash has always been known to carry all types of dirt and germs which can make you sick.\u00a0 If you must use your credit or debit card the traditional way, be sure to clean it with a disinfectant wipe after using.\u00a0 After leaving the store, clean your hands using a hand sanitizer than contains people without even realizing it.\u00a0 Wearing a face covering can protect you and anyone you encounter.\u00a0 You can either buy or make your own.\u00a0 There are plenty of tutorials online that can
